Grab a football and go to the park. Throw it as far as you can and sprint after it to try and catch it yourself. Do it until you drop dead or until someone introduces themselves and asked what the hell you're doing.

Keep yourself awake during long nights of studying or designing. Create a wristband that detects when your body is in sleep mode. A battery pack is worn at your waist (size of a walkman) and it send an electrical shock everytime you start to dose off. School is Cool!

Place tracing paper over random images and begin tracing shapes as letterform. Trees for organic shapes, and motorcycle engines for mechanical shapes.

Paint an image once, something unseen. Don't copy something you've seen, make something new. Very large or very small to de-Warhol it. No copies.

CD Pictures

Perfecting the Handstand

Improve your handstand technique when there is no one around to evaluate you. Turn off all the lights in the house and shine a single desk lamp towards yourself creating a strong shadow against the wall. It's much cheaper than a full size mirror. Caution, do not practice too close to the wall.
