Balloon Kite

After a wedding, birthday, or graduation gather up all of the helium balloons until you have a big bunch. Twenty is a good number. Now tie a super long kite string to the balloons and slowly let it fly into the air really high. Now you have a really cool Balloon Kite.

Cable Car Camera System

Take a small dv cam or digital camera with video mode and wrap it with some padding. Create a docking station that will attach and smoothly slide down the pre-existing gutter of the cable car tracks. Let it rip down California St. and run down the hill to see the cool footage.

Take a picture of a picture on a computer screen. Upload it to the computer and keep repeating that process. see when it looses the original form. Try also using type as a starting point.

Smell Recollection

Invent something that can produce a number of smells. Stores can use it to flood their store with a favorite smell and create a smell recollection withing people attached to their store. When people smell it later, they will think of the store.
